AEROTEL PRIVACY STATEMENT

Aerotel Medical Systems (1998) Ltd. ("Aerotel") recognizes the importance of privacy and security to our physician clients and their patients. Aerotel subscribes to the Health on the Net Foundation (www.hon.ch/Conduct.html) Code of Conduct for medical and health websites, and the privacy policy set forth below explains our practices regarding the collection and use of personal information (e.g., your name, address, and email address). This policy, however, only addresses activities hosted on Aerotel's server computers. Other sites (including those that Aerotel links to and third party sites or services which Aerotel co brands) may have their own policies, which Aerotel does not control, and thus are not addressed by this policy. You acknowledge that acceptance of this privacy policy is a condition to your use of our website, and you agree to be bound by all of its terms and conditions. Use of Information: Aerotel will not provide our vendors with information that could be used to identify you personally, without first obtaining your consent. For example, Aerotel will give your personal information to a vendor if you click on a button requesting the vendor to contact you. Otherwise, the data that we provide to our vendors will be presented in an aggregate manner; therefore, the vendor cannot identify any individual or his or her associated personal information within that collective data. With your consent, Aerotel uses personal information, among other things, to anticipate and resolve problems with our website, to personalize your service, to investigate misuse of our website, and to develop and market products and services that may be of interest to you. Opt Out: Before you provide us with any personally identifiable information, we will provide you with the option to "opt out" of receiving any future correspondence from us. You may exercise this option at your sole discretion. Security: Aerotel uses industry-standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information, such as firewalls and Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") encryption technology where appropriate. When you send and receive messages through our message center, for example, those messages stay within our server computers and are protected by a firewall. Of course, there is no such thing as "perfect security" on the Internet. Aerotel Employee Privacy Policy: Only authorized Aerotel employees are permitted to access your personal information. All Aerotel employees must abide by this Privacy Statement and those who violate the Privacy Statement are subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. IP Addresses: Aerotel stores the Internet Protocol ("IP") address of your computer when you visit our website. This information is used to create broad (non-personally identifiable) demographic summaries of where our members come from; for example, we will know what percentage of members come from each region of the world. Cookies and Other Tracking Methods: When you view our website or advertisements, we might store some information on your computer. This information will be in the form of a "cookie" or similar file. Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your hard drive, not on our site. Cookies do not spy on you or otherwise invade your privacy, and they cannot invade your hard drive and steal information. Rather, they help you navigate a website as easily as possible. Cookies can help us provide information that is targeted to your interests and they allow us to better understand how users use our site, which in turn helps us focus our resources on features that are most popular with our users. You are always free to decline our cookies if your browser permits, but some parts of our site, including our registered customer account web sites may not work properly in that case. Correcting and Updating: Aerotel allows physicians to correct and update their personal information at any time by sending a message to the service provider. Deleting and Deactivating: If a user requests it, Aerotel can delete a user and all his or her personal and office information and records from our system. We cannot, however, delete a user's messages, because they relate to another user. Aerotel sends regular email updates to members. If you wish to have your email address deleted from our database, send email to medical@Aerotel.com and include the EXACT -words "CANCEL EMAIL" in the body of your email. Please allow two to three business days for the actual cancellation to take effect. Communications: Your use of the Message Center to send and receive communications is not edited, censored, or otherwise controlled by Aerotel. Aerotel, however, stores your messages on our computer servers and those of third parties we have contracted with to provide computer servers for our website. Unless legally required pursuant to an applicable statute or regulation (e.g., government subpoena, court order), neither Aerotel nor its contracted computer server vendors will review or disclose to any other party the content of a message, except with the prior written consent of the senders, recipients and subjects of the message. Aerotel will disclose the content of a message only to the extent necessary to comply with an applicable law or regulation. Your Role: Despite our security precautions, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access your messages. To help protect your data on Aerotel, we suggest you follow these practices: Password Protection: Never share your Aerotel username or password with anyone who you do not want accessing your account. Log Out: Use the "log out" function when exiting Aerotel; this automatically expires your cookie, and prevents future users from accessing your account. Amendments: Amendments to this policy will be posted at this URL and will be effective when posted.
